Quest Fore Reorganizes Business Development Department

In the land of a 2010 economy, the challenge for any thriving business is to be more strategic in how it attracts and acquires new clients. That is why the strategic marketing communications firm Quest Fore has reorganized its Business Development department to create a defined process that will acquire new clients for the purpose of increasing sales while also developing business with current clients.

The Senior VP of Strategic Client Services Scott Witalis said, "Besides the business benefits of this initiative, it also supports one of our strategic goals of not having one client represent too great a portion of our revenue."

In the update, Steve Shane will be taking on a new position as Manager, Internal Business Development. The company feels that having him dedicate his time exclusively to scheduling prospect appointments will allow it to make far more capability presentations than ever before, which in turn should lead to greater sales. "The goal is to create a minimum of 240 sales opportunities for business development to meet with potential clients each year," added Scott.

In addition, Mark Bedel has been hired as Manager, Business Development. Mark has been in the graphic arts industry for nearly 20 years, working in direct marketing as he developed direct mail collateral and online communication strategies. He initially began his career as a designer but later moved into client relations/business development. Mark has a proven track record of sales and is well connected in the region.

Finally, Frank Deluca, a Director of Client Services will be putting more time into business development, balancing his time between managing media services and developing new clients. He has met large number of contacts from his years with Development Dimensions International and AON Consulting. Frank will be reaching out to his connections to talk with them about all Quest Fore has to offer.
