Ken Cuccinelli, ABC

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

When he joined Quest Fore in 1999 as chairman, Ken brought with him a wealth of strategic marketing experience. A former head of marketing for a Fortune 500 company (CNG Pittsburgh), Ken was named 1994 Gas Marketing Executive of the Year and also served as chief operating officer of CNG Energy prior to joining Quest Fore. In addition to his chairman duties, he also serves as president of International Business Ventures LLC, a worldwide consulting and prospect development company that is active in Europe and Latin America. In 2005, Ken earned his ABC (Business Communications Accreditation) from the International Association of Business Communicators.

CJ Patrick

President and Chief Technical Officer

CJ came on board in 2009 thanks to a partnership between Quest Fore and his Web development company, Blue Fox Development. The relationship helped Quest Fore create a Web and interactive team with diverse talents and industry-leading experience – and Blue Fox soon became a part of Quest Fore, Inc.

Currently, CJ leads Quest Fore's talented team of front-end designers, developers, quality assurance specialists, technical project managers and SEO and social media strategists. And to remain on pace with a marketplace that is constantly changing, CJ is enthusiastically committed to growing our Web and interactive capabilities. CJ has a degree in Management Science and Information Systems from Penn State University.

Jim Burke

COO/Vice President, Creative Services

Jim co-founded Quest Fore's design business unit in 1976 and has been guiding the development of multi-element campaigns and communications programs ever since. For more than three decades, Jim served as the single-source provider of marketing campaigns for such clients as Consolidated Natural Gas (CNG), Heinz USA, H.J. Heinz Company and Mine Safety Appliance Corporation (MSA). Before founding Quest Fore, he was a graphic designer, art director, creative director, recording engineer, multimedia producer and minority partner in one of Pittsburgh's largest design firms, Graphic Center Inc. Throughout his career, Jim has won a variety of national and international awards for his work in the industry.

Scott Witalis, ABC

Senior Vice President, Strategic Client Services

Scott joined Quest Fore in 1986 and has helped put us on the map by developing innovative strategic communications programs for our clients. With experience that includes working with such diverse names as GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, Heinz North America, MSA, Armada Supply Chain Solutions, McKesson and PNC Bank, Scott has the expertise to implement strategies on every level, from simple to complex. He is a past president of AIGA Pittsburgh (American Institute of Graphic Arts) and IABC Pittsburgh, (International Association of Business Communicators). In 2005, Scott earned his ABC (Business Communications Accreditation) from IABC.

Mark Lindsay

Senior Creative Director

In his many years as a designer, Mark has developed industry-leading solutions for a broad range of globally known clients, such as Estee Lauder, Pepsi, Esso/Exxon, Revlon and KFC. An impressive illustrator, he also has a strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash web development, 3D modeling, in addition to industrial design capabilities in thermal molding, metal/wood fabrication and exhibits. At Quest Fore, he works with a team of designers, writers, project managers and business development to come up with award-winning, strategic concepts for print, interactive, direct mail, packaging and point-of-sale.

Creative Director/Senior Art Director

Mark has an extensive portfolio of award-winning logos, packaging, branding identities and graphics, which have provided the creative impetus for many of the agency's most successful programs. In his position at Quest Fore, he has designed multi-faceted campaigns for major clients such as Heinz, PPG, MSA, GlaxoSmithKline, AON, Volkswagen and Audi. Mark has more than 25 years of experience as a designer and art director, serving a diverse client base including international, national and regional corporations, and non-profit organizations in the areas of corporate identity design, marketing campaigns, print collateral, web design, package design and advertising.

Jill Yahnite

Vice President, Account Services

Jill is responsible for new business development and current account services. She has a proven track record of exceptional client service. Before joining Quest Fore, Jill was employed at Zoltun Design as VP of Sales and Marketing for four years and at Xerox Corporation as Account Manager for nine years where she excelled in servicing large corporations and in meeting complex and multi-tiered demands.

Outside of the office she remains very active and is currently on the board of governors at the River's Club in Pittsburgh and a member of the American Marketing Association.

Jill has a MBA in Management from Rochester Institute of Technology and is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Institute for Entrepreneurial Excellence Fellows program.

Steve Shane

Director, Business Development

Steve is responsible for new business development and client services. A veteran of marketing communication sales, Steve's expertise in the areas of interactive media, website development, print design, and video production aligns well with Quest Fore's broad capabilities in print, video and digital communications.

His client relationships include working with such companies as Highmark, McKesson, SAE International, PPG Industries, Carpenter Powder Products and many other large and mid-sized organizations. He is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
