Hosting refers to providing secure storage space on a server to hold all files of a website and making them accessible on the Internet.
Quest Fore Basic Hosting Package
Consists of hosting of your website on one of our dedicated hosting servers with basic firewall, monitoring and backup protection. This option includes assigned storage and bandwidth allotments for hosting of website files and database.
Quest Fore Premium Hosting Package
Consists of hosting on one of our dedicated servers in our secure off-site data centers. The network infrastructure is located behind several layers of networking equipment, including Internet routers, industry-standard firewalls, multiple-switched networks and private routers. These layers enables us to isolate components using network address translation (NAT) and remain undetected from network and port scans, which are commonly used to attempt to discover and infiltrate private networks. Our production Web servers are also secured behind industry-standard firewalls that are locked down to limit access to only that which is necessary for the websites hosted.
All of our servers, networking equipment and UPS systems are equipped with automatic administration notification via email and phone – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – and have the ability to page operators at the first sign of any server outages or errors. Quest Fore’s IT department monitors the status of all production servers and networks during off hours and can remotely access everything if immediate remediation is required.
Quest Fore’s premium package allows clients to save money by hosting multiple sites under one contract and one pricing model. Recognizing the natural shift in storage or traffic that can occur on a frequent basis, we monitor these metrics and only adjust the pricing tier if the bandwidth exceeds the current tier for at least 60 days. This avoids spikes in pricing due to unusual traffic increases.

Quest Fore PCI Compliance Hosting Package
Provides all the advantages of our premium package with two major benefits: your site will be hosted in a SSAE-16 (formerly SAS70)-Compliant datacenter, and you will receive PCI Compliance Certification Web hosting.
